We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, approve or deny loan applications, or determine any loan terms.

Eligibility

• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Reside in a state where title loans are available
• Own a vehicle with a clear title in your name
• Provide accurate and complete information

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Not submit false or misleading information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website
• Not scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting an inquiry through TitleHarbor does NOT guarantee:

• That you will receive any loan offers
• That you will be approved for a loan
• Any specific loan amount, rate, or terms
• Any particular outcome from lenders

All lending decisions are made solely by independent lenders based on their own criteria.

Third-Party Lenders

When you submit an inquiry, your information may be shared with one or more third-party lenders. You acknowledge that:

• Lenders are independent businesses, not controlled by TitleHarbor
• Each lender has its own terms, conditions, and privacy policies
• You must review and agree to the lender's terms before accepting any loan
• TitleHarbor is not responsible for lender actions, products, or services
• Any disputes with lenders must be resolved directly with that lender

Compensation Disclosure

TitleHarbor receives compensation from lenders when we refer qualified leads. This referral fee is paid by the lender and does not increase your cost. The compensation we receive may influence which lenders receive your information, but all lenders in our network meet our quality standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TitleHarbor or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms
